Summer Testing

• Ideal for initial screening of learning or mental health concerns.
• Online cognitive and emotional/ behavioral assessments (completed at home).
• Screens for issues such as dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and more.
• 30-minute results review consultation (phone, Zoom, or in-person).

• More comprehensive than Level 1.
• Subtests from the Woodcock-Johnson IV Cognitive and Achievement (in office, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).

• In-depth diagnostic evaluation for:

• 4-6 hours of testing (mix of in-person, and online).

• Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation for school accommodations.

Note: 504 Plans remove barriers through accommodations, IEPs provide specialized instruction under IDEA for qualifying categories.

• Specialty Diagnostic Report ($5,999): 12 hours of testing, detailed report, medication and neurological recommendations.
• Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation ($7,999): 20 hours of testing, includes speech/language, occupational, and/or physical therapy evaluations, and an integrated report.
• Forensic/Court Evaluation ($9,999): 25 hours of testing, collateral interviews, comprehensive forensic report, and court documentation.

• IEP/504 Support at School Meetings: $899.
